The calendar
Connect Google, Outlook, or the calendars already on your phone. Paste the link from school or the soccer club. It all lands in one week you can read at a glance — and when you change something here, it changes there too.
The kitchen
You pick the thirty-odd things your house always needs. Tap In or Out as you go, or point the camera at a shelf and it runs down the list for you. You confirm; it never guesses on your behalf.
The list
What you are low on, what the week needs, minus what is already in the cupboard. Sorted by aisle so you are not walking the shop twice. Anyone in the house can add to it from their phone.
The part nobody else does
Every other app says “you have milk”. Then one Tuesday you don’t, and you never trust the list again.
So this one never pretends. It says what it knows and when it last knew it — and it forgets at the right speed. Milk goes uncertain in days. Cumin takes months. That is the difference between a list you check and a list you can actually shop from.

Not “you have milk”. That is the whole idea.

About those kitchen photos
So here is exactly what happens to the picture, in plain English. Every line of this is built into the app, not a promise in a policy nobody reads.
If someone is in the shot, it is not sent
Your phone checks every photo before anything leaves it. A picture with a person in it is refused, and we ask you to take it again. We chose refusing over blurring because blurring that quietly fails still uploads the face.
The picture is never saved
It is read once to work out what is on the shelf, and never written down anywhere. We keep the list — “flour, probably out of milk” — and nothing else.
Your photos never train anything
That is a term of our contract with the company that reads them, not a preference we could quietly change later.
Children do not have accounts
Not unless you decide to give one. A child in your family is a name you wrote down, and you choose whether they can sign in at all — and what they see if they can.
Calendar apps do not know your kitchen. Kitchen apps do not know your Thursday. The whole point of this one is that the shopping list already knows there is a game on Saturday and nothing in the fridge.

Checked in August 2026 against published pricing. Two things worth saying out loud: Cozi’s recipe box has been good for twenty years, and AnyList’s shared lists are still better than ours. And there are apps that scan a fridge from a photo very well — none of them is also holding your family’s calendar, which is the whole point of this one.
Kept in two lists on purpose, so you never have to guess which is which.
